GUARANTEE OF THE RESERVATIONS

A guarantee by credit card or a deposit is required for any reservation.

CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

  • In case of cancellation and / or modification less than 24 hours before the arrival date, Paris time, the first night of the stay will be invoiced and debited on your credit card. If a deposit has been taken, a partial refund will be made following the cancellation up to the amount of the deposit less the amount of the first night.
  • In case of no show (non presentation of the guest without prior cancellation), the first night or a part of the stay can be invoiced if no cancellation has been made within the convenient time frame, 24 hours. The penalties that will apply are the same as the cancellation policy.

SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

For your security, all private information and the credit card numbers flow through a secured form (SSL encrypted system), and they are kept in a secured zone. This information can only be seen by the persons authorized by the hotel.

MEDIATION – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In accordance with Article L. 616-1 CC of the French Consumer Code, the Hotel Alison proposes its customers to join a sectoral consumer mediation system, MTV – MEDIATION TOURISME ET VOYAGE. – BP 80303 – 75823 PARIS cedex 17.
After contacting the hotel customer service and if no satisfying answer has been given in a 15 working days delay, the client can contact the Mediator of Tourism and Travel, whose details and entry methods are on their website : www.mtv.travel

TELEPHONE ANTI-SOLICITATION LIST

Article L. 223-2 CC of the French Consumer Code gives the Customer the right to register on the telephone anti-solicitation list linked to the Bloctel system.

ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PLATFORM

In accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013, and with article L 616-2 CC of the French Consumer Code, the customer may use the online dispute resolution service (RLL) offered by the European Commission concerning online sales and services at the following address: ec.europa.eu

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
